Plum Season

Queen Garnet Plums, Bordeaux Red Nails, Hibiscus & Raspberry Leaf Tea, Gucci Ancora, Beetroot. There’s something about that baked earth glow. A deep, bloodied red, a ruby glow, quite literally like soil flooded with light. Blame it on the equinox, the lunar eclipse and all the woo themes that brings up. But there’s certainly something about this particular shade of rich, earthy, purply, dark red that feels like the colour of the moment. An enriching, grounding, warming colour.

We forget that like plants, we need sun too. Like seeds planted in the ground, we await the sustenance and heliophilic joy that the sun bring.
